Blake Shelton celebrated the grand opening of Ole Red Tishomingo, a restaurant, bar and live music venue inspired by his hit song “Ol’ Red,” in Tishomingo, OK over the weekend. With funds raised from a private performance Blake gave on Saturday (September 30th), Blake presented $32,000 to Carl Atteberry of J.C. Reaching Out, which provides financial assistance to family members of people battling cancer. Blake was joined on stage by girlfriend Gwen Stefani, who attended the grand opening with two of her three sons.
The weekend festivities included free performances from RaeLynn and Opry members Jeannie Seely, John Conlee, and Ronnie Milsap. The free “Blake & Friends” concert was also live-streamed on Ole Red’s Facebook page, facebook.com/OleRedTish/.
Ole Red Nashville, a multi-level 26,000-square-foot entertainment venue in the heart of Nashville’s famed Lower Broadway, is set to open in spring of 2018.
