Come this fall when football season kicks back into gear, Tyler Hubbard and Brian Kelley of Florida Georgia Line will be front and center on Monday nights, not only as huge football fans but as one third of this year's Monday Night Football theme for ESPN alongside Hank Williams, Jr. and Jason Derulo. Tyler tells us: ["I mean, BK and I grew up hearing Hank (sings) 'are you ready for some football,' so to get to be on the remake of that and they're bringing that back and Hank's on it and Derulo is part of that and for us all to get to team up together and record it and we just shot the video for it. (It's) just a cool, a really cool thing and a part of history that we grew up watching and seeing come to life on Monday night, now getting to be a part of it it's super surreal and cool for us."] SOUNDCUE (:28 OC: . . . cool for us.)
“All My Rowdy Friends Are Here on Monday Night” resumes after a six-year hiatus. The new star-studded version of the song will debut before the first Monday night game of the season – the New Orleans Saints at the Minnesota Vikings on September 11th.
In other FGL news, the duo tops the Mediabase chart this week with "God, Your Mama And Me," featuring the Backstreet Boys.
