Justin Moore has set his first-ever headlining date at the historic Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, TN for Wednesday, May 2nd. He whill be joined by newcomers Travis Denning and Tyler Rich. The date is not a part of Justin's current headlining Hell On A Highway tour.
Justin told The Tennessean, “It's sentimental because I'm a huge fan of the tradition of country music. For me, playing the Ryman is more about that and all the people who have played there and what it's meant to country music as a whole from generation to generation.”
Ticket pre-sales begin today (Wednesday, February 14th) at 10 a.m. CT. The official on-sale date is Friday (February 16th) at 10 a.m. CT. Tickets may be purchased online at justinmooremusic.com/#Shows.
Justin gets to celebrate Valentine's Day (Wednesday, February 14th) today at home in Arkansas with his family before heading off to his next Hell On A Highway date on Thursday (February 15th) in Rockford, IL. While he's a great husband to his wife, Kate, the singer says he could use some work in the romance department. Justin tells us that when it comes to special days, like Valentine's Day, he tends to fall short. “As far as Valentine's Day goes, I'm kinda notorious for being terrible at Valentine's Day. And, yeah, my wife, Kate, is all into that stuff and does a great job. And she deserves for me to be a little more romantic but I'm just not that good at being romantic. I have my moments, I guess you'd say, but I'm not the greatest at remembering these kind of dates and coming up with something really, really special and unheard of. I need to get better at it honestly. It's not for a lack of wanting to do good, I just, I pretty much just suck honestly. (Laughs) I need to get better at it.”
Justin is climbing the charts with “Kinda Don't Care,” the title track from his latest album.
