Old Dominion‘s new single, “No Such Thing As A Broken Heart,” kind of picks up right where their recent Number One it, “Song For Another Time,” left off. “Song For Another Time” used a bunch of classic song titles to tell its story, and “No Such Thing As A Broken Heart” opens up with the question “I wonder if Jack and Diane ever made it.”

Old Dominion's Matthew Ramsey tells us: [“Yeah, it is kind of a natural flow. We’re fans of music and you know that is how we have lived our whole life is with music and that’s our soundtrack and maybe everyone does that but maybe us musicians more so than others. We just live our life by it and for it and so it makes sense that those are things that come up in our music lyrically and instrumentally. We lean on the greats and think that is one that is a great one.”] SOUNDCUE (:25 OC: . . . a great one.)

Old Dominion is up for Vocal Group of the Year at Sunday's (April 2nd) Academy of Country Music Awards in Las Vegas. The show airs live on CBS beginning at 8 p.m. ET.
