Little Big Town will be honored today (Wednesday) for their support of music education and MusiCares at the Recording Academy's – Grammys On The Hill Awards in Washington, D.C.


The 53rd ACM Awards had a noticeable effect on country music sales, according to Nielsen Music. ACM-nominated songs saw a 431% surge in sales, with a spike of more than 45,000 overall units on Sunday (4/15). Leading the pack was Kane Brown's “What Ifs” featuring Lauren Alaina. It saw a sales increase of 813% (12,800 units). In relation, Kane Brown’s debut album returned to the top of the Billboard Country Albums chart this week, marking it's 11th week at #1.

Other tracks enjoying increases include Carrie Underwood's “Cry Pretty” (+124%), Chris Stapleton's “Broken Halos” (+328%), Miranda Lambert's “Tin Man” (+1,941%) and Keith Urban's “The Fighter,” featuring Carrie Underwood (+696%.)
