NHL fans have constantly seen Carrie Underwood at her husband's hockey games, but that's coming to an end. Nashville Predator Mike Fisher had announced his retirement from the NHL. Yesterday, a lot of fans learned the news through a post from his wife, Carrie. In part it read: “Captain @mfisher1212 I sure am going to miss watching you play and cheering you on with the rest of Smashville, but I so look forward to seeing what God has in store for you in this next chapter of your life.” She went on to say…”You’ve given your teammates and the game your all for so many years…you’ve worked so hard and made us all so proud!”
They are parents of a 2-year-year old and Carrie said: “Isaiah and I love you so much and are so excited to be able to have you home a lot more.” Mike spent 18 years in the league.
