Chris Young is taking a short break from his new headlining Losing Sleep World tour this weekend to return to the stage of the Grand Ole Opry. He will perform on Friday (January 26th) night, along with William Michael Morgan and Neal McCoy, among others.

As the newest member of the Grand Ole Opry, Chris never misses an opportunity to perform at that venue. He tells us that one of the things he has always loved about the Opry is there are no strings attached to performing there, which makes it that much more enjoyable. ["The Opry is something that is not a radio play thing. It's not a sell albums thing. It's because of the Opry and who's played there and the mystique around the whole thing and the circle."] SOUNDCUE (:13 OC: . . . and the circle.)

The Losing Sleep World tour continues on February 1st in Lowell, MA with special guests Kane Brown and LANCO.
