As a kid, Dierks Bentley had a different way of celebrating Halloween. The traditions that he and his friends took part it every year made it seem more like the Fourth of July. Dierks tells us: “Oh, when I was a kid, I was all into fireworks. Growing up in Arizona, we couldn't get 'em, so we'd have 'em shipped in illegally. I still remember the name of the guy we'd call. His name was Joe, and he'd bring in, ship 'em in a package with no writing on 'em. We were all about M-80s in the mailboxes and bottle rocket wars. To me, as a kid, Halloween was fireworks, was blowing up stuff around home (laughs).”
Last week, Dierks announced his 2019 Burning Man tour with special guest Jon Pardi. The tour kicks off on January 17th in Canada.
Dierks is climbing the charts with “Burning Man” featuring Brothers Osborne, the latest single from his The Mountain album.
