Due to fan demand, George Strait has added an additional two dates to his run at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. He played two successful shows there earlier this month, and he'll return on July 28th and 29th to continue the concept of playing his record-setting collection of 60 Number One hits.
George said, “Back when we announced 2 Nights of Number 1’s, I said if the fans wanted to hear more, we would look at it. Well, we heard them loud and clear. This is something they want more of, so that’s what they will get.”
"King George" debuted the unprecedented two nights of Number One’s during his recent T-Mobile Arena shows on April 7-8. With an unmatched 60 singles hitting the top of the charts during the span of his career and more than 280,000 fans streaming George's 60 Number One Hits playlist on Spotify every month, he wanted to showcase these radio hits plus several fan-favorites such as “Troubadour” that, much to the surprise of many, never reached Number One.
George's 2017 Vegas dates, which includes September 1st & 2nd and December 8th & 9th, will feature opening act Cam.
