Jason Aldean performed a surprise concert in Nashville last night after the CMT Music Awards. He announced the free show on social media yesterday (Wednesday, June 7th) afternoon. The concert took place at the Walk of Fame Park, which is located across the street from the Country Music Hall of Fame where his new exhibit, Jason Aldean: Asphalt Cowboy, is on display through November 5th. According to The Tennessean, the concert was in support of the exhibit.

Jason performed on the CMT Awards, joining Darius Rucker and Lady Antebellum's Charles Kelley in a tribute to the late Gregg Allman to open the show.
