Kenny Rogers is following doctors orders and cancelling the remainder of his 2018 The Gambler's Last Deal tour. According to the Fox Carolina website, Rogers' show in Cherokee, NC in May, among other shows, were canceled due to a “series of health issues.” The venues received a release stating that doctors expect Rogers to be okay. Fans can get a full refund for tickets at the point of purchase.
Rogers was celebrated back in October with a star-studded tribute concert, featuring a performance by Rogers and Dolly Parton. The show, called “All In For The Gambler: Kenny Rogers’ Farewell Concert Celebration,” was held at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville and taped for later airing.
The Gambler's Last Deal was to be Rogers' farewell tour.
