Rascal Flatts performed for patients and families of Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt on Monday (November 7th). Their 11th annual visit was streamed live to four other children’s hospitals nationwide, including Atlanta, GA; Boston, MA; Cincinnati, OH and Washington D.C., with its reach totaling over 2,000 patients. It was the first time a performance has ever been broadcast from Seacrest Studios.
The trio performed several of their biggest hits during the visit, including “Fast Cars And Freedom,” “God Bless The Broken Road” and their latest and 16th Number One, “I Like The Sound Of That.”
Over the past 11 years, the group has helped raise almost $4 million for the hospital where the Rascal Flatts Pediatric Surgery Center was named in recognition of the trio’s long-standing involvement, which also includes an annual fundraising dinner.
