Ronnie Dunn recently purchased six acres of what is described as "prime Nashville horse property" on which he will begin building a house in the near future. The singer paid $2.25 million for the fenced parcel of land that contains a stream and a barn.

Ronnie's own Nashville estate has been on the market since 2014 for a current asking price of $9 million. The property includes an 11,000-square-foot Antebellum-style mansion and a 4,000-square-foot converted barn which also doubles as a guesthouse.
