Luke Combs will extend his sold out Beer Never Broke My Heart Tour with five new dates, including a second show added at Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena on December 12th due to popular demand after the first show sold out in just six minutes.
The additional dates also include stops at Los Angeles’ Greek Theatre, San Diego’s Pechanga Arena, San Antonio’s AT&T Center and Louisville’s KFC Yum! Center. Tickets will be available for verified fan pre-sale starting Tuesday (July 16th) at 10 AM local time with general on-sale following on Friday, July 19th at 10 AM local time.
The tour namesake and Luke's latest hit, "Beer Never Broke My Heart," was intended to be a light-hearted song about a potentially serious subject. He tells us: [“Beer Never Broke My Heart,” we just kind of wanted to have fun with it and make a fun song that folks could sing along to. I think a lot of people can relate to that sentiment if they’re going through a heartbreak or something is wrong, you can just, hell, have fun and forget about it I think. It’s the same sentiment as “When It Rains It Pours,” there is something fun about it, something serious about it too."] SOUNDCUE (:25 OC: . . . about it too.)
Luke will be inducted as the newest member of the Grand Ole Opry on Tuesday (July 16th).
He released The Prequel EP last month featuring five new songs, including "Beer Never Broke My Heart."
