Old Dominion's brand new single, “Some People Do,” is very personal to the group. While they haven't shared details of exactly who wrote the song, it was penned by certain members of Old Dominion along with Thomas Rhett and possibly others. Lead singer Matthew Ramsey said, “We pushed ourselves to be more raw and vulnerable with our songwriting on this album. It’s a side of us we haven’t shown as blatantly on our other projects. ‘Some People Do’ is very emotional and personal. Quite honestly, it’s a little scary to put out into the world. But in the end, part of our job as songwriters is to tell the truth, even if it’s hard to go there.”
“Some People Do” is the follow up to Old Dominion's latest Number One hit, “Make It Sweet.”
The group continues on their headlining Make It Sweet tour with shows this week in Canada.
